You ought to improve your French before going to work in Paris. 5. Youought to apologize. 6. You ought to have apologized (but you didn’t). 7. There ought to be more buses during the rush hour. 8. Children ought to respect their parents.

XXIII. Change the sentences using the verbs should or ought:

1. I adviseyou to read this book in the original. 2. I don’t advise you to make any marks in the book. 3. I advise you to consult a doctor. 4. It’s a pity you didn’t come to my place yesterday. 5.
