1. A municipal court that, in accordance with international law, deals with questions relating prize, i.e. ships, aircraft, or goods captured during wartime at sea or in port by the naval or air forces of a belligerent power.

2. A body, headed by the President of the Council, that formerly advised the Crown on government policy but has been superseded in that role by the Cabinet.
