Nasyrova A.F. Ufa, BSPU by M.Akmulla Ensuring the internationalization of universities is seen as one of the priorities for the development of higher education. The success of this priority depends to a large extent on the level of its information and communication support. This formulation of the problem acquires special significance for us within the framework of the SCO University (SCOU) as a networked educational environment that provides cultural and humanitarian cooperation through the exchange of students between partner universities. The retro genesis of the development of the USCO showed that the international network cooperation of the BSPU name by M.Akmulla began with the signing of an agreement on the joint training of qualified personnel on the coordinated educational program of the magistracy the direction of «Pedagogy» on the 7th week of the Education of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization «Education without Borders», which was held in Ufa in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the spring of 2015. About its successful start states the fact that already in 2015-2017; more than 20 students passed an internship on this program in our university. The geography of this cooperation is quite wide, participated in the international exchange from China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan. However, the analysis of interaction and cooperation revealed that students face problems in the process of adaptation. This was confirmed as a result of interviewing students of study on exchange program. The questions of our interviews were related to the definition of different types of difficulties that affect the adaptation of students of the educational process abroad. The interviewing technique includes 5 sections of difficulties: insufficient awareness of the SCOU program; Ignorance of the language and culture of the country; internal psychological emotions and experiences; financial; difficulties with academic achievement. The collected interview data was analyzed using a theoretical analysis that included a qualitative interpretation and a semantic generalization of the results. The particular interest to us was such difficulties as academic achievement and language problems of communication. In confirming the correctness of the choice of the direction of our research, we studied the scientific experience of A. Singh, who interviewed 300 students in the UK in detail, as a result of which many unexpected difficulties related to training were discovered. At the same time, about half of the students have problems with learning, mainly because of three factors: language problems, especially in the spoken language; higher level of universities; difficulties in the relationship «teacher-student». The problems with study negatively correlate with adaptation. The following conclusions stem from this study: Adaptation of foreign students to various spheres of life - social, personal and academic - depends on many factors, primarily such as social status, age, and personal quality, level of education and length of stay in the country. In general, students who travel to the internship speak English at different levels, or they speak the language of the host country, in this case Russian. Nevertheless, they are worried that they will not be able to understand the information of the lectures because of the specifics of professional English in the field of pedagogy and psychology. Based on the results of a survey of students, we can see that students experience anxiety as a result of a lack of knowledge of English, which is an important factor, the lack of language skills can hinder the learning process and influence the results of academic achievement. At the same time, it should be noted that even if a student speaks English, then sitting in class for 45 minutes, listening to a speech in a foreign language is quite difficult, while taking into account the terminology of the specifics of this subject. Proceeding from this, we defined the multimedia accompaniment of disciplines as the leading means for successful adaptation of the students of the SCO to the educational process. In our study, we proceed from the premise that if multimedia is used in the educational process; it helps to increase the effectiveness of teaching foreign students, namely: improvement learning of materials and tasks that are put before the student; reducing the time of transfer of information, as well as the time for translation; improving the behavioral emotional positive attitude to the subjects studied, improving the information culture of students, developing their cognitive and creative activity. We have developed the multimedia support of discipline that provides exchange of pedagogical experience and basic methodical and additional materials in electronic form. The material we propose is aimed at providing opportunities for self-mastering of educational information, using text of teacher's lecture, viewing video lectures or listening to audio recordings that are available at any time on any device (mobility of educational content). Observations on the nature of the interaction of students with the teacher, interpersonal contact with classmates, and analysis of the results of mastering the educational material in the rating system showed positive dynamics. Thus, the ascertaining experiment and partial testing of the multimedia support developed by us confirms the importance of the provision on the use of ICT in the internationalization of the educational space of the USСO.
