Model: Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes
First, mix the dry ingredients (1 cup of oats, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 ounces, 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts) ) in a bowl and set aside. Second, in a another bowl, mix the next four wet ingredients (3/4 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup whole milk, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract).
