They all sprang up and began to caper about for joy.

O! wandering folk, the summons heed (о, странствующий народ, обрати внимание на требование; summons — требование сделать что-либо; вызов, повестка; to summon — вызывать, позвать; требовать исполнения; to heed — обращать внимание, учитывать, остерегаться)!

The king of friend and kin has need (Король нуждается в друзьях и родне; kin — родня, родственники, семья, кровное родство; to have need — испытывать необходимость).
