Johnathan S. Fisher is the Vice-President at the Export-Import bankof the USA. Appointed in January 2008, Mr. Fisher is the senior officer responcible for all the Bank’s long-term loan and credit guarantee programs, including risk-management and diversificationof loan portfolio.

Mr. Fisher joined Ex-Im Bank in January, 1999, as a senior loan officer. From November, 2004 to December, 2005, Mr. Fisher served as Deputy Vice President for Credit Administration. He was then asked to take on the responsibility of creating Asset Management Devision. He served as the Vice President od asset management fron December, 2005 to December, 2007.

Prio to joining Ix-Im Bank, Mr. Fisher was an Assistant Vice President with the Foreign Credit Insurance Association (FCIA) inNew York, where he worked from 1991 to 1999, acquiring first hand experience in the field of international finance and investment.

Mr. Fisher was awarded a bachelor of Arts degree from Standford University, and has subsequently completed the Training Program of Business Studies in Georgetown University.

Mr. Fisher lives in Rockville, Maryland, with his wife and two daughters.
