Lecture № 12. The main trends in modern educational paradigm.

Plan:

1. The main features of the global educational crisis. Challenges faced by future professionals in vocational education.

2. The link between philosophy and pedagogy - as the main focus of education in the twenty-first century.

Purpose: to reveal the main features of crises in the field of education and to define the main trends in the development of education.

In the context of changing social phenomena, revision of universal human values is a key issue in the comprehensive transformation of society. The lack of humanitarian relations among young people, the deviation of youth from universal values, moral norms, moral principles, the desire to learn and the role of the individual in the decline in education status in society are topical issues in the field of education. Such a general crisis in education requires revision and radical change.

It is known that changes in the development of the society have occurred between the education system and the middle of the last century. Every year, the conflict is growing. According to the UNESCO program documents, there is no country, pedagogical community that is fully satisfied with the education system. That is not just a matter within a single state. Many countries are alarmed about the crisis in the education sector. And in each country, crisis challenges are far more pronounced. For example, there is a lack of interest in learning, lower performance, increased functional illiteracy, low teacher qualifications, etc. topical issues in education systems in many countries. On the basis of these issues, it is often reflected in the reduction of human responsibility to future generations, neglecting the issues of upbringing.

One of the ways to overcome the crisis in education, mentioned above, is education as a general social issue, combining the capabilities of all social sciences and exploring and exploring new areas of development. Although the "discriminatory cargo is easy" - as the disciplines of different sciences vary, they need mutual cooperation and co-operation in addressing some issues.

Pedagogy is closely linked to many sciences. It is based on philosophical science, since philosophy is one of the oldest sciences, and later its branches grow, each of which has been the basis of the science itself. Therefore, there are often occasional, interconnected, interconnected areas of pedagogical science and philosophy.

This is why philosophical thoughts and pedagogical issues are closely aligned in the works of ancient philosophers. Famous philosopher of the Orient, the great teacher of Abu Nasr Al-Farabi, who was the second teacher after Aristotle, the great works of our great thinkers such as Mahmud Kashqari, Yusuf Balasagun, Ibn Sina, Abu al-Bashean al-Biruni, Firdawsi, Nizami and Hodja Ahmed Yasawi all philosophical, social, educational, psychological and pedagogical ideas are harmoniously combined.

If philosophical science explores the relationship between man and nature, human nature, pedagogical science studies the adaptation of human to the environment through education. Philosophical concepts, philosophical doctrines and ideas are used as a methodological basis for studying many educational issues. Philosophy of pedagogical science is the most long-term and most effective link because in many cases philosophical ideas themselves influence the emergence of pedagogical theories and concepts and determine the directions of pedagogical research.

The close link between pedagogy and philosophy is their humanistic orientation. Humanism is translated from Latin as "moral", "goodness". In the pedagogical dictionary, humanism is a set of approaches based on the perception of the human being as the highest value; is intended to protect the rights and freedoms of a person and as a matter of personal development.

Humanism is a human being's principle of life and its principles preserve human personality and direct it to positive and good deeds. In the modern world of globalization, the leading idea of education, the highest humanistic value, is the perception of each child as the highest value. Therefore, the issue of humanization of the educational process should be focused on. This idea began with the history of the human society in the history of the holy religion and continues to lose its relevance so far. The significance of this humanistic idea is:

"Life is a sea; You can reason with the words Rudaki, "If you do not do it well, you can not do it."

Humanization is one of the most important directions of modern society development. The notion of humanization is a concept of science. Humanism in education is aimed at promoting the ability of each individual to express himself in the world of culture, to discover his place in the free world, to choose good and evil, right and wrong, and to distinguish between the meaningful and the meaningless things in life.

One of the main ways to make such changes is humanization and humanization of education. The principles of humanization and humanization of education content are one of the leading principles in all regulatory and legal instruments. But in many cases, it is obvious that they need to make many changes in the form of ideas, slogans, and not just words, but for the practice of praggy.

The humanitarian nature of education is observed not only in education, but also in changing the attitude and attitude of the person towards objectivity. Humanities build up human beings and develop philosophical, moral and cultural foundations. Through them, humanity is involved in various social relationships, which carries cultural values, national traditions, civil norms and promotes the future generations.
