The concept of action is one of the scientific concepts because it is one of the research topics of many social and human sciences such as psychology, sociology, philosophy, culture, pedagogy.

It is well-known that any individual develops only through his active involvement.

That is why all human sciences seek to explore human consciousness and behavior in their own way.

When viewed from a psychological point of view, action is viewed as a subjective position of a person through active interaction with the world. Pedagogical Approaches - one-targeted activity, which gives a significant public and private effect. Through their own personal activities, a person is involved in other social activities. The nature of the action determines that it has a specific structure;

People's actions are divided into several types, depending on their content, performance characteristics, occupations. Actions related to human occupations: medical, pedagogical, design, engineering, accounting, etc. species.

Contextual Actions:

- knowledge of the world of cognitive world, knowledge of the world);

- research (investigation of unknown phenomena);

- communicative (interconnection, intercommunication processes);

- education (educational process for others);

- It is differentiated as a change (the process of self-improvement of the society)

As the main types of activities in pedagogical and psychological sciences, depending on various symptoms:

.

The main features of pedagogical activity:

Successful results of pedagogical activity are closely related to the personality of the teacher. The teachers who are engaged in studying the professional qualities of teachers are: А.К. Markova, L.M. Mitina, N.V. Kuzmina, V.P. Simonov, K.S. Uspanov, A.А. Moldazhanova and others.

The teacher's work is very complex and diverse. The teacher manages the personal development, formation, education and learning process of the pupil. Responsible for such an important responsibility, the teacher requires a thorough knowledge of scientific knowledge, high pedagogical skills, political morale, persistent will, and reasonable conduct.

The professional qualities of teachers can include the following key qualities:

Teacher is the younger generation. intellectual foundation and spiritual world, as well as a reliable representative of society responsible for the upbringing of children, which is the future of our nation. Such a very good and difficult job requires constant creativity, thoughtful work of the mind, generous generosity, love for children, and unassuming commitment.

Pedagogical activity is intriguing and difficult. Because the teacher does not raise just one or two children, such as parents, tens of different abilities and attitudes, interests, behaviors, traditions, attitudes and attitudes bring teens at different levels. It develops its own distinctive characteristic of each of them, consolidating a solid, friendly, harmonious team and tries to take care of each child as an individual.

One of the main peculiarities of the modern teacher's activity is to strengthen the spirituality of the young people, thus bringing up the most active citizens, workers and patriotic defenders of our country. To this end, the teacher should be equipped with the latest scientific knowledge about nature, society, politics, art, human beings, and the surrounding world. The main indicator of the effectiveness of teacher labor is the development of the personality of the child, so that the teacher should be trained to develop his / her own law and to learn his inner world.

The peculiarity of the teacher's work is that he is always in close relationship with the child and his spiritual intercourse with him. Because the child is an inanimate substance, not a material. Teacher work requires agility, sensitivity, patience and vigilance.

A teacher is a person who is sensitive to the feelings of the child, who is always in touch with him, does not hesitate to interact and enjoys such a relationship. The teacher's love for the child cannot change all of his qualities, but is the basis for other qualities. The sincere and respectful attitude of the teacher to the child creates a sense of respect for the teacher. Therefore, the high level of the teacher's overall culture, its intellectual capacities, the wide range of thoughts, and the spiritual wealth make a great contribution to the effective organization of the whole pedagogical process.

The main professional qualities that characterize the teacher's personality are the indicator of his pedagogical ethics. According to the experienced teacher I.I. Sinitsa, pedagogical ethics depend on the age, temperament and behavior of each teacher. Pedagogical ethology is the result of a teacher's search. In the book "Pedagogical Ethics and Teaching Skills", I.I. Sinitsa specifically mentions the following basic qualities of a teacher:

At the same time, according to modern researchers, the concept of empathy is also one of the professional qualities of the teacher. Empathy is a teacher's understanding of students' mental state, mood, and ability to place themselves on another person.

Thus, the professional qualities of the teacher, such as his enthusiasm, love, pedagogical work, psychological-pedagogical sensitivity, awareness, justice, determination, persistence, self-control, self-control, charity, kindness, depth of scientific thought, spiritual cognitive interest, intellectual activity, motivation for pedagogical self-education, support for creativity, innovative pedagogy ideas to understand, accept, should be noted.

Teacher is a person who has mastered his own teaching methods, works creatively, and constantly improves his pedagogical skills. There are also opinions that the effectiveness of teacher labor is in its natural talent. Certainly, there is no gift for talent, talent. But it is true that human beings are not born of the profession. Pedagogical skill is not only a gift of nature but also a set of activities that result from continuous search, self-improvement and self-motivation.

Obviously, it is impossible to improve the educational process for the younger generations and raise the level of teaching and learning work to a new level without the teacher. Therefore, it is important to pay special attention to professional development of young specialists, development of their culture, and spiritual maturity. Socio-economic development, prosperity of the country, solution of program tasks to the society depends directly on the quality of professional training of young specialists.

Before we consider the theory of action-oriented education, let's define the concept of action. Action is one-purpose, personal, and socially significant result. Its structure includes such components as: purpose, motivation, action or action, tool, outcome, evaluation. If one of these components fails, then it can not be a full-fledged activity.

Pedagogical activity is a special kind of social activity, which is aimed at providing the younger generations with the culture and experience accumulated by humanity, which contributes to their personal development and the preparation of certain social roles in society.
