At CSI events, and all competitions except for the Nations Cup, athletesare authorised to carry the logo of their personal sponsor in accordance with the articles 256.3 and 257.3 of the FEI Jumping Rules.

The Chief Steward will check that the advertising on athletes and horses complies with these Articles.

VII. INVITATIONS

 

GENERAL

 

CSI’s:

Number of foreign athletes: 40%

Number of horses per athlete: 2(CSI2*-W) + 2(CSIYH1*) or

3(CSI2*-W) + 1(CSIYH1*)

FEI Wild Cards: 2

 

 

The LonginesRankings number, established two (2) months prior to this Event, will be used for the invitation of athletes.(Applicable for CSI3*/CSI4* events in Europe and CSI5* events worldwide).

 

The Longines Rankings number, will be used for the invitation of athletes.

 

The Longines Rankings number, established at the time of the Nominated Entries, will be used for the invitation of athletes.

VIII. ENTRIES

 

IMPORTANT

 

· You must use the FEI Entry System for all categories of this Event (https://entry.fei.org);

· You will find additional documentation on:

http://www.fei.org/fei/your-role/nfs/entry-system-jumping;

· All Athletes and Horses participating in any International Competition must be registered with the FEI;

· Athletes and/or Horses present at the Event without having been entered through the FEI’s Online Entry System will automatically be disqualified unless compelling circumstances warrant otherwise.

ENTRY DATES

 

Entries have to be in accordance with Art.521 of the FEI Jumping Rules, 25th edition,

effective 1 January 2016.

 

 

Deadlines for Entries:

Definite Entries: 23 June 2016

Last date for substitutions: 30 June 2016

 

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that all accepted entries will be publicly available on the FEI Website 5 days before the beginning of the Event.

Entry fee per horse: CSI2*-W 350 Euro (VAT excluded)

Stabling fee per horse: (Not applicable for CSIs in Europe or for CSI5* and CSIOs worldwide)

Payments have to be made:

 

1) The entry fee is only possible by cash not later than the first day of competition 1 July 2016.

2) The payment of the prize money will begin on the second day of competition.

3) The opportunity of any mutual settlement between entry fee and prize money shall not be available.

4) Those winners of the competitions who wish to have their prize money by bank transfer should submit the following documents to the Organizing Committee:

- an application for transfer of the prize money to the clearing account of the organization

(company) owning the horse (horses);

- full bank requisites of this organization (company);

- a document confirming that the horse (horses) belongs to the organization (company).

 

For the maximumentry fee please refer to the CSI/CSIO requirements on Annex VI of the FEI Jumping Rules: CSI requirements for Europe, North America/CSIO Requirements Worldwide.

 

NO-SHOWS/LATE WITHDRAWALS

NB:In the case of withdrawals after the date of definite entries or no-shows the athlete or the respective NF will be held liable to reimburse the OC for the actual financial loss incurred by the OC (i.e. stabling and hotel expenses) as a result of the late withdrawal or no-show.

All additional fees must be listed hereunder with the details of the amounts to be charged and approved by the FEI. Only fees approved by the FEI and listed in the approved Schedule can be charged by the OC.
