Obligations and responsibility of the Company

7.1.The Company is responsible for proper booking of the tour services, proper making and presenting of transportation documents as well as the documents confirming booking and payment for the tour services (vouchers) which constitute the tour ordered by the Customer. If the ordered tour services have not been rendered due to the Company's fault the Company undertakes obligation to compensate the cost of the services not rendered in a full scope and the loss connected   with it in a total amount but not more than 150 % of the cost of tour services ordered but not received in a full scope.

 7.2. The Company releases itself from any responsibility if by decision of authority or authorized person the Customer has  been refused possibility of flight and/or living in the booked hotel due to the following reasons: violation of law and order or causing of disturbance to the associated people; states of alcoholic or drug intoxication or breaking other rules of social behavior; keeping and spreading of drugs; illegal keeping of arms etc.

7.3. If the Customer breaks current rules of passage and lug-
gage transporting, damages the airline's property then the guilty
person is to pay a penalties in the amounts stipulated by current
legislation.

1.3. Цели и задачи учебной дисциплины — требования к результатам освоения учебной дисциплины:

Основными целями курса «Иностранный язык» являются:

· дальнейшее развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции (речевой, языковой, социокультурной, компенсаторной, учебно-познавательной):

речевая компетенция – совершенствование коммуникативных умений в четырех основных видах речевой деятельности (говорении, аудировании, чтении и письме); умений планировать свое речевое и неречевое поведение;

языковая компетенция – овладение новыми языковыми средствами в соответствии с отобранными темами и сферами общения: увеличение объема используемых лексических единиц; развитие навыков оперирования языковыми единицами в коммуникативных целях;

социокультурная компетенция – увеличение объема знаний о социокультурной специфике страны/стран изучаемого языка, совершенствование умений строить свое речевое и неречевое поведение адекватно этой специфике, формирование умений выделять общее и специфическое в культуре родной страны и страны изучаемого языка;

компенсаторная компетенция – дальнейшее развитие умений объясняться в условиях дефицита языковых средств при получении и передаче иноязычной информации;

учебно-познавательная компетенция – развитие общих и специальных учебных умений, позволяющих совершенствовать учебную деятельность по овладению иностранным языком, удовлетворять с его помощью познавательные интересы в других областях знания;

· развитие и воспитание способности и готовности к самостоятельному и непрерывному изучению иностранного языка, дальнейшему самообразованию с его помощью, использованию иностранного языка в других областях знаний; способности к самооценке через наблюдение за собственной речью на родном и иностранном языках; личностному самоопределениюв отношении будущей профессии; социальная адаптация; формирование качеств гражданина и патриота.

На прошлой неделе компания Apple официально представила новое поколение своего мультимедийного портативного проигрывателя iPod touch. Устройство отличается тем, что оснащается тем же экраном Retina Display, фронтальной камерой, задней HD-камерой и процессором A4, что и новый iPhone 4. Кроме того, его корпус более тонок, чем у его предшественника. Попробуем поподробней остановиться на всех функциях нового устройства.

Новый iPod touch, как и все остальные новички линейки iPod, появится в продаже на следующей неделе. Все три версии нового iPod touch оснащены всеми новыми функциями и будут продаваться в США под следующими ценниками: 229 долларов за версию с памятью 8 ГБ, 299 долларов за 32 Гб и 399 долларов за 64 ГБ.

7.4. The Company is not responsible before the Customer in the cases when the tour programme has been changed due to reasons which are beyond control of the Company, namely: thread of military hostilities, revolutions, disorders, strikes, catastrophes, terroristic acts, delay and shifting of airline's flights, technical and mechanic damages of planes; closing of air terminals, cancellation of communication by coach and by ferry.

 

7.5. The Company is not responsible before the Customer for the luggage and personal belonging safety. As a rule responsibility for the luggage safety during transportation is with the carrier and the rest of time — with the luggage owner.

 

7.6. The Company is not responsible before the Customer for the tourist passing of the customs and frontier post formalities and doesn't return the tour cost in case of the Customer delay or his (her) return from the frontier.

 

7.7. The Company is not obliged to return a part of the tour cost if the Customer, on his (her) own decision on in connetion with his (her) interests has not used all or part of the services stipulated in the present Agreement and rendered by the Company during the tour.

 

7.8. The Company is not responsible for the Customer's actions if he (she) lagged behind the group on his (her) own initiative.

7.9. In exclusive cases the Company has the right to shift the date of the tour beginning if the embassy of residence/transit country delayed with issuing of visas.

 

7.10. The Company informs the Customer about peculiarities of staying in the country of tour
 destination and let the Customer know the content of the instruction for infectious diseases prophylaxis abroad.
