4. VI. Translate into English.

1. В ієрархічній структурі міжнародного права доцільно виділити передусім основні принципи міжнародного права як головні системо утворюючі засади цієї системи.

2. Вважається, що не всі принципи міжнародного права є універсальними нормами.

3. Більшість науковців вбачали в принципах міжнародного права таку саму природу, яку мають звичайні норми міжнародного права.

4. Зміст одного принципу міжнародного права можна цілком з’ясувати тільки в контексті інших принципів. Саме тому в Декларації про принципи міжнародного права, які стосуються дружніх відносин та співробітництва між державами відповідно до Статуту ООН 1970 р., було зроблено наголос, що при тлумаченні і застосуванні принципи є взаємопов’язаними, і кожний принцип повинен розглядатись в контексті всіх інших принципів.

5. Вченими було встановлено, що основні принципи міжнародного права за своїм походженням є звичаєвими нормами.

6. Як норма міжнародного права невтручання відоме було понад тисячоліття тому.
