Task 2. Read about “difficult” questions and give your answers to them.

“What are your weaknesses?”

Experts advise telling only about those weaknesses that can be presented in a favorable light. Depending on the situation, some positive weaknesses might be: “I can’t share my duties with someone else” or “I’m too open and want to help everyone, which can distract me from doing my own work”.

“Why couldn’t you find a job for some time?”

The answers may be:

- I decided to take a break and carefully think about my career.

- previous job offers didn’t suit me.

“Why did you leave your previous job?”

The answers may be:

- I had a different strategy

- I had a different vision of the case

Remember that many employers respect individuality!

“What will you do if we don’t take you?”

“Why do you think that you fit this position?”
