Internet resources, different models of distant education and other technologies about which we don’t even suspect now will be used in providing a person with valuable information. 3. The new paradigm of education leads to changes in pedagogical conscience. For hundreds of years teachers strived to supply young generations with a scope of knowledge but nowadays they try to develop in them a constant desire in modernizing knowledge, improvement professional skills by means of self-education and self-perfection. 4. Traditional approaches to determining quality of education have become out-dated. Modern society can’t be satisfied with transition of the results of humanity’s historical development in a fixed form. The main aim of higher education is to provide a priority of spiritual personality’s development over its learning of acquired social experience. This idea and the principles of creation of the united educational area became the cornerstones of such international educational documents as UNESCO Reform and Development of Higher Education, European Commission White Paper “Teaching and learning: towards the learning society”, documents of Bologna Agreement and others.
