Section 4. General Safety Rules

Operators shall have a good understanding of the Crane and keep the Crane in good condition. Refer to this manual carefully for any questions concerning proper Crane operation.

Hydraulic Crane operators shall be adequately trained for proper Hydraulic Crane operation before using the Crane.

Operator shall not leave the control consol when load lifting or Hydraulic Crane operation is in progress.

Unauthorized persons shall not enter the Hydraulic Crane operation area.

•While lifting, two kinds of executive component operated at the same time should be strictly prohibit

 

Operator should understanding the lifting capacity exactly, It should not exceeded capacity that indicated in the loading chart of Hydraulic Crane.

Use of the operational control at one side of loading that to ensure the Max visibility of loading

The person that forbidden to stand under the lifting products and the boom.

While lifting products with lifting angle not allowed.

•Drag the loading not allowed. Lift the heavy goods that be buried in ground or be frozen in ground not allowed

 

While the loading leave the ground that to be ensured the travel way without obstacle.

 

•Leaded the loading by the rope at a certain distance, loading without rotation is a better way to ensure safety.

 

 

•Strictly prohibit the crane hoisting people.

Before hoisting, operator must check the hoisting setup(riggingЎўhookЎўthe point of the hook and rigging,ect),check if it is safely design, if it is fit of the weight of the goods and safe required. for safe, make it fixed.

As the follow picture showЈwhen the first knuckle boom have positive elevation with the levelЈЁB more than10º~15ºЈ©Јthe second knuckle boomЈЁas telescopic boomЈ©have minus elevation with the levelЈЁA more than 20ºЈ©Јthe weight of the goods less or the same as the rated work radiusЈthe telescopic boom can draw backЈbut not extend outЈ»the weight of the goods less or the same as the max. rated work radiusЈthe boom can draw back or extend out.

 

When the first knuckle boom and the second knuckle boom are elevation angle, only when the weight of the goods less or the same as 2/3 of the max. work radius, the telescopic boom can work.

 

•Before move the truck,the hydraulic crane must furl and locked.

Section 5. Safety Device

The lock on the fixed legs

The left and right on the crane there are two of the lock on it.

 

When the truck running,thecrane must lock.when need put out the activity legs,turn the lock round 180º,then pull out legs(or operate the level cylinder),at last,lock it,prevent the activity leg move; when draw back the activety legs,turn the lock round 180º, set the lock in the legs, prevent the activity leg move.
