In the city of Khmelnytsky an unknown man hurled two bottles with a highly flammable substance into a window of a bank. The 112.ua got this information from the police. It caused a fire which died out in a few minutes. No one was injured. The fire damaged several window-stills and walls were dirtied with soot. The police have already initiated proceedings over Ukrainian Criminal Rule 194, part 2 (intentional destruction or damage of property).

After this the father of the "self-defender" arrived to the place of crime. An elderly man said that he was a member of one of the Kiev committees and had the right to disarm the militia. Next, the aggressors tried to take possession of one of the officials automated weapons. When this attempt failed, they fled threatening with an ax.

The manager went to the authorities. On March, 14, before Shabbat, there was an attack on a married couple going to Kiev synagogue on Podol for a Shabbat prayer. Nearly 20 individuals armed with Kalashnikov machine guns and other firearms, announcing themselves to be the activists of Euromaidan, committed an armed attacked and took over a residential building "Ukrcomplex Plus" in the village Kobtsi in Vasilsky region of Kiev Oblast. That building was under protection of the State Security Service (SSS) of Vasilsky region militia, however, the militians, instead of protecting this private property and capturing the criminals, began to party with them and left the crime scene.

People's Deputy Gennady Moskal addressed this issue to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and General Prosecutor's Office, as his press-service informed.
According to Moskal, building owners' written requests to the authorities of the Vasilsky region police department still remain with no reaction.

"I have said, that on March 11 the criminals were in the invaded building surrounded by the granade traps, - announced G. Moskal. - That means he pointed out the crime scene, the number of criminals, their firearms and other details, however, there was no reaction to this from militia. It is an extremely dangerous organized criminal group that is still on the move in Kiev region, and nobody is trying to stop it."
According to the People's Deputy, such inactivity of militia is a malfeasance.

1. "Right Sector" hitmen in Kharkov attacked the soldiers of self-defense squad. Kharkov, 15.03.2014

In Kharkov the "Right Sector" followers opened fire at the activists and used stun grenades.

As a LifeNews correspondent reports from the scene, the representatives of pro-Russia self-defense group in Kharkov were patrolling the Svoboda Square. A blue "Volkswagen" minivan passed them by, which earlier, on March 8 to be exact, opened fire on the self-defense representatives.

The squad attempted to stop the van, but the driver did not comply and pressed on the gas pedal. As a result, the car pursuit began reaching the Rymarskaya Street where the "Patriot of Ukraine", part of the "Right Sector", office is located. Here, the "Right Sector" representatives opened fire on the self-defense squad. They fired live ammunition and also stun grenades.

The "Right Sector" office was blocked by the militia. The negotiations with the hitmen were led by the Kharkov Oblast Administration representative Igor Baluta, the city Mayor Gennady Kernes, the head of the investigation department Nikolai Fomenko and the Kharkov Prosecutor Evgeny Popovich. Approximately at 4:30 the besieged agreed to leave the building and nearly forty people were put on buses. All of the arrested were sent to jail.

During the armed conflict on Rymarskaya street two people died, five, including a law enforcement representative, were rushed to the hospital with wounds and traumas of different degrees.

As a result of the night firefight, the district inspector of Dzerzhinsky region Oleg P., 28 years old, have suffered unjuries. With multiple gun wounds to his legs, arms and face and also bone fractures, he was brought to the city emergency room.

Also during the conflict the following people were wounded:

- Alexeenko A. Diognosis: gunwound of lower jaw on the left side.

- Kozachenko S., y.o.b. 1990 Diagnosis: gun wound to the hip, broken hip.

- Yemelyanov A. Diagnosis: closed brain injury, lower back and shin injury by the rubber bullets.

- Kramskoy E. Diagnosis: gun wound to the left cheekbone.

In addition, the dead body of a Dnepropetrovsk resident, Sharov Alexey, 1983 y.o.b., was found on the Rymarskaya street with gun wounds to the cheekbone area.

In the ambulance Zhudov Artyom, 1994 y.o.b - resident of Kharkov, passed away from the gun wounds to the stomach and cheekbone.

The next day the Kharkov residents have burnt down the office of the "Right Sector" destroying all the documents and assets.

According to kazak Mikhail Gavriluk, who was a victim of assault by the "Berkut", one of the activists participating in the riot of February 18 in the governmental district, saw two people being beheaded.

1. Earlier convicted armed man with the "Self-Defense" ID attacked a Berdyansk resident. Berdyansk, 16.03.2014

On March 13 the Berdyansk City Militia Department of Zaporozhskaya Oblast received information from the residents of one of the district villages about the 24-year-old villager proclaiming himself to be a Maidan self-defense member and threatening people with a firearm.

- As soon as this information was received, the investigation group of City Militia and Oblast Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately headed to the scene. The witnesses were interviewed at the crime scene confirming that the man had in possession a firearm resembling a rifle. The suspect, who has been previously repeatedly convicted for hooligan activity, was also interviewed by the militia. He denied everything and said he did not even own a weapon.

A criminal case was opened based on this fact according to the part 4 article 296 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code. During investigation, on March 15 the militia officers conducted a sanctioned search of the suspect's house. In his house the law enforcement representatives recovered and confiscated: stun grenade, 9mm ASTRA pistol, air rifle, double-barreled shotgun, about 20 cartridges of 7,62 mm caliber, bulletproof vest and a substance resembling gunpowder weighing 1 kg. Also a "Maidan Self-Defense" ID was confiscated, - this was reported today to the CCA of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Criminal case was opened according to the p.4. art. 263 of Ukrainian Criminal Code "Unlawful possession of weapon, ammunition or explosives.

On Sunday, 16 March, an incident between a city resident who walked with a young woman and activists calling themselves members of the Right Sector occurred.

Our correspondent reports that masked young men with bludgeons were going along Serova Street from the City Council heading for the Regional State Administration. On the other side of the street a young man was walking with his girlfriend and when he noticed the group of young men he began to shout out ‘Scum Banderas!’ and make obscene hand gestures. The young men suggested he should run, however, he went on swearing. After that they called themselves activists of the Right Sector, chased him and beat.

The girl accompanying him had a hysteric bout and the young man got the first aid in the nearby shop.
