Hostels appeared in Moscow comparatively recently and almost immediately became popular among students and budget travelers.

A lot of Moscow hostels can well compete with many hotels in both location and interior. Most of them are situated within the Garden Ring in the very center of the capital, close to all the principal places of interest and entertainment.

Chefs preserved the essence of a traditional Russian dinner, but changed its form beyond recognition. What they deal with is called molecular gastronomy, which creates recipes based on hundreds of experiments with the products.
