10.Переведите на русский язык кулинарный рецепт «Sour Cream and Onion Sauce”.

 

1 ¼ cups meat or vegetable stock 3 tablespoons butter

2/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon Worcestershire

1 onion, chopped very fine sauce

1 tablespoon flour Salt and pepper, according to taste

 

Fry flour in one tablespoon of butter until golden-yellow. Add hot meat or vegetable stock and sour cream and cook slowly for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, sauté chopped onion in two tablespoons of butter until golden. At the end of cooking the flour mixture, add sautéed onions and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and add salt and pepper.

Serve with fried or broiled liver, all kinds of kotlety or bitochki or with zrazy or roolet.
