1. A leader evaluates person’s skills and determines his position in a company and his tasks accordingly.

2. A leader is not a nurse or mother Theresa.

3. The only function of a leader is to build a team and assign position and tasks for each team member in order to make this team operable.

8. The more requests of employees a leader satisfies, the more they hate him.
