1. Stop your life race for a moment. Look at your achievements from outside.

2. Ask yourself, ‘What am I living for and what would I like to achieve in the long run?’

3. Write down in detail what all you need at the moment to have a full and happy life.

4. Remember that there are no complicated or easy goals. You set boundaries of possibilities in your own head.

5. Divide your main goal into several intermediate goals and see what you can do today to achieve them.

6. Each goal should be reasonable, measurable and terminable.

7. If you failed to achieve a goal by due date, revise it or draw up a new plan for its achievement.

8. Don’t blame yourself if you couldn’t achieve a goal, draw conclusions from this situation instead.

9. Do your best to achieve a goal. Remember that every achieved goal makes you stronger and every unachieved goal makes you weaker.

10. Live in the present; be happy with what you have. You are already unique because only 10 per cent of all people think about their goals.

1. Communication skills are based first of all on the ability to listen and perceive the information.

5. The more copious vocabulary a person has the more successful he is in communication and life.

8. Clearly expressed idea give more free time to your interlocutor.

9. Each dialogue should have a goal which will be pursued by all the interlocutors.

10. The leader of the conversation is that one who has clearly defined for himself the outcome of the conversation.

11. If there is a clear purpose of the conversation, there is no room for worries, fears and fuss.
