Перелік пРАКТИЧНИХ НАВИЧОК для підсумкового модульного контролю З ВИРОБНИЧОЇ ПРАКТИКИ «ДОГЛЯД ЗА ХВОРИМИ»

Модуль 3. Догляд за дітьми, його роль у лікувальному процесі та організація в умовах педіатричного стаціонару

1. Приготувати відповідний дезінфікуючий розчин та провести санітарну обробку приліжкових тубочок та підвіконь у палаті.

2. Приготувати відповідний дезінфікуючий розчин та провести вологе прибирання маніпуляційної.

3. Приготувати відповідний дезінфікуючий розчин та провести обробку медичного приладдя для багаторазового використання (банок, термометра, кінцівників клізми, підкладного судна).

4. Провести розпитування хворої дитини, заповнити титульну сторінку історії хвороби та виділити основні скарги.

5. Провести вимірювання температури у хворої дитини та оформити температурний лист.

6. Провести огляд хворої дитини на наявність корости та педікульозу.

7. Провести вимірювання росту пацієнта, обводів голови та грудної клітки, визначити масу тіла дитини.

8. Підготувати гігієнічну ванну для санітарної обробки хворої дитини, провести її обробку та дезінфекцію після користування.

9. Продемонструвати методику транспортування хворої дитини на ношах та перекладання його на ліжко.

10. Дослідити у хворої дитини пульс на променевих артеріях, на нижніх кінцівках.

11. Виміряти хворій дитині артеріальний тиск.

12. Провести дослідження дихання хворій дитині.

13. На бланку температурного листа відмітити запропоновановані викладачем показники пульсу, артеріального тиску, температури тіла, зробити висновок про їх відповідність нормі та про тип температурної кривої.

14. Провести переміну натільної та постільної білизни хворій дитині, що знаходиться на ліжковому режимі.

15. Підготувати необхідні засоби та продемонструвати на муляжі методику сповивання новонародженої дитини.

16. Підготувати необхідні засоби та продемонструвати на муляжі методику проведення гігієнічної ванни та підмивання дитини залежно від статі.

17. Продемонструвати методику закапування крапель у вуха, ніс, очі на муляжі.

18. Приготувати необхідне обладнання для очисної клізми дітям різного віку, продемонструвати методику її застосування на муляжі.

19. Підготувати посуд для взяття аналізу сечі за Зимницьким, дати відповідні вказівки хворій дитині.

20. Продемонструвати методику подавання дитині певного віку зволоженого кисню.

21. Підготувати необхідні засоби та продемонструвати на муляжі методику туалету порожнини рота, носа, очей та вух дитині першого року життя.

22. Підготувати необхідні засоби та провести профілактику утворення пролежнів.

23. Продемонструвати методику годування хворої дитини, прикутої до ліжка.

24. Підготувати відповідні засоби та продемонструвати уміння приготувати молочну суміш.

25. Підготувати відповідні засоби та продемонструвати на муляжі методику годування дитини першого року життя за допомогою пляшечки.

26. Продемонструвати методику проведення реанімаційних заходів (штучна вентиляція легень, непрямий масаж серця) на фантомі дитини.
