Modern school needs a teacher in deeply educated professionals who have mastered the system of pedagogical ideas, thinking, active creative personality, vibrant human individuality. A creative approach to his work today is a hallmark of every professional. In the context of the modernization of the Russian education problem of pedagogical creativity of teachers and improve its professional skills acquired special urgency. The concept of modernization of Russian education for the period up to 2010 professional development of teachers is seen as a "necessary condition for the modernization of Russian education system", because without active teaching research of teachers, without their creative self-development is impossible to raise the educational process to a new level.

Education success directly depends on the teacher's personality, his professional and cultural training, from its creative potential (V.I.Zvereva, N.V.Kuzmina, A.K.Markova, A.I.Scherbakov et al.). From the teacher needs, above all, professional knowledge not only of its subject, but also the latest achievements in the field of pedagogy and psychology of science, new educational and information technologies. From his professional competence, pedagogical skills, creativity, willingness to innovate depends on the efficiency of the educational system. In this connection special importance today assumes it is the organization of scientific and research activities, as it has a significant impact on the personal and professional formation and a factor of self-development, self-improvement of pedagogical skills, extending the professional working life, overcoming teacher stagnation, increasing its job satisfaction etc. Research work is one of the determining factors of the educational institution; It depends on it and the level of teaching and the creative spirit of the collective, and communication training with modern science, social and economic life.

Creative pedagogical activity is a kind of art. But where art does not help science and art there, but there is a craft. Research has shown that teaching skills just represents the unity of scientific laws and advanced pedagogical experience. This teacher does not work on a template, not so popular today methodological developments, and draws in his professional activity in the achievements of modern pedagogy, "... the theory is a means of organizing and improving the practices of the teacher." To use the scientific achievements in the practice of the teacher is necessary, first of all, determine the necessary scientific ideas, to select and examine the relevant literature. The objectives of the scientific - research activity of teachers are:

 formation of a single scientific community teachers;

 the development of ideas about interdisciplinary relationships;

 the development of intellectual initiative of teachers through the formation of a scientific way of thinking, a creative approach to its activities;

 training in new information technologies and telecommunications facilities;

 creation of conditions for engaging in collective research activities not only teachers, but also students;

 development and implementation of research projects of practical importance.

The research activity of the teacher - an activity aimed at solving the creative, research tasks (problems) with an unknown solution in advance and assuming compliance with the scientific study of the main stages:

1) formulation of the problem;

2) study on the problem of the theory;

3) mastering the technique of research;

4) collecting the material, its analysis;

5) conclusions on the problem.

He can understand the situation, to correlate it with the scientific theory on the basis of existing laws to find a way to solve the problem. During studies teacher transform their individual ideas into innovative experience, which they share at school, district, regional scientific-practical, scientific-methodical conferences, seminars, participate in professional competitions. At these conferences, the teacher in the form of papers, reports, abstracts acquaint colleagues with their quest for their interesting issue, participate in discussions and adjust plans for further study of the problem. This allows them to identify the hidden potential in the development of professional skills and introduce own practice of science and best practices, and then convert them into innovative personal experience.

Research activity allows to actualize self-realization and creative development of the individual teacher; improve the professional level of research skills; improve pedagogical technology development of scientific creativity of teachers; provide professional growth and qualification of the teacher-researcher; to obtain qualitatively new knowledge (innovation); improve the status of the institution.

At the same time it is important to create conditions that encourage teachers to creative solutions, achieving maximum results. These conditions include:

 informing the teaching staff about the actual problems of training and education;

 creating a situation of permanent teachers of creative communication, both within the school and outside of it by organizing meetings, scientific seminars, conferences, "round tables";

 the organizational, pedagogical and substantive support to experimental and innovative work of teachers;

 to provide teachers the freedom to choose research areas, the degree of participation and forms of research activity (work as a part of problem groups, creative laboratories, in pairs or individually);

 the consolidation of the teaching staff to support the development and implementation of research programs;

 ensuring transparency and objective assessment of the results of the research work of teachers (creative reports, participation in scientific conferences, etc.);

 availability of material reward system.

Among the difficulties faced by the teacher in the organization of scientific and research activities, notably the poor command of the methodology of scientific research, the lack of methodical, scientific, psychological and educational, specialized literature, and this dictates the need to train teachers the basics of scientific research and experimental activities through the organization VOIPKRO on the basis of scientific-methodical seminars, remote consultation, publication of methodological literature.

Organization of research activity influences the development of the teacher's personality, his creative growth, creates conditions for the realization of self-education and the need for self-development, increase its professional level, methodological competence and pedagogical skills.
