Упражнение «Осознание экзистенциальной ситуации»



Инструкция терапевта:

Произвольно перемещаясь по залу, вы должны найти свое место – то место, где ваше тело чувствует себя комфортно.

Закройте глаза, чтобы лучше почувствовать свое тело. Прислушайтесь к импульсам, которые есть в теле, и примите позу, которую хочет принять ваше тело. Вы позволили телу принять ту позу, которое оно хочет.

Оставаясь в этой позе, с закрытыми глазами, вы ждете появления чего-то: чувств, ощущений, образов. После того как появился какой-то достаточно устойчивый образ или чувство, побудьте в этом образе и посмотрите, что произойдет. Если это получилось, вы можете задать себе вопрос: «Чего я сейчас хочу? Что мне сейчас нужно?»
