The procedure and deadlines for submitting applications

Preliminary applications for participation are submitted to the Organizing Committee for the tournament from April 29, 2018 to July 24, 2018,

The application must include: surname, name of the participant, date of birth, age category, weight category, country (city), grappling / grappling.

Each participant has the right to participate in one age and weight category.

On the days of arrival at the competitions in the credentials commission, the following documents are provided without fail:

- medical certificate, certified by the district therapist;

- Identity card, birth certificate, or passport;

- insurance policy document.

 

Insurance of participants

Each participant of the tournament must have insurance (original) from accidents, which is provided to the credentials commission. Insurance of life and health of tournament participants is made at the expense of sending organizations.

 

Provision of participants and spectators

Sporting events are held at sports facilities that meet the requirements of relevant regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and are aimed at ensuring public order and the safety of spectators, and also subject to availability of acts of readiness of the sports facility to conduct the event approved in accordance with the established procedure. During the competition, medical personnel should be provided to provide emergency medical care, if necessary. Each team must submit an application, an established sample, with a doctor's visa for admission to competitions and painting athletes about safety knowledge.

Requests

Applications must be submitted no later than July 24, 2013 to 12-00.

Applications can be filed directly as team leaders and representatives, and the athletes themselves.

Team application:

- must correspond to the following sample (Appendix 1) in Excel format (optional mandatory application);

- the team application must be certified by a doctor, the head (representative) of athletes (the main mandatory application).

Individual and team application is done by sending an application to the mail kazgrappling@gmail.com

Each team provides one referee for the tournament, informing in advance about this organizing committee of the tournament.
