h) PRICE & DISCOUNT:            According to LBMA of the day with a discount of 10% Gross for

                                                    the gold at 24 carats

i) CONTRACT:                          50 – 200 kilos per month during period One (1) year revolving

J) DELIVERY:                              C.I.F. BRUSSELS / ZAVENTEM AIRPORT

K) SUBSEQUENT DELIVERY:    50 kgs first shipment

L) PAYMENT:                                The size of total shipment to be 50 KGS. The shipment shall be made within 10 / 15 days from the day of receipt. The date of the bill of lading shall be considered as date of lifting and shipment. The Buyer will pay the full amount of the Gold Dory bars by cash transfer (SWIFT) to the Seller’s Bank after assay report from buyer’s refinery in Belgium.

M) Commission:                       Buyer side, 395euros?/kg paid by Buyer to Mr Sylvain Nicolas FERRER

 

1) To enumerate the final procedure to enable seller to conclude the transaction to the buyer in his country. After the buyer has signed the contract, the buyer shall issue the visa letter for the seller to process on the preparation of the shipment.

 

(a)               It has been agreed that the seller will arrange to deliver the product to the buyer’s country at his expenses (export taxes, customs,shipment, …. ).

 

(b)              The buyer is responsible for clearing customs and arranging transportation from Brussels airport to his refinery (at buyer’s expense) and any required security to protect the product in Belgium .

Seller's representative accompanies each shipment and surveys the import process, safety and transportation to Buyer’s Refinery for smelting and assaying.

(c)               The buyer and seller representative, will go together, to the buyer’s refinery, to witness and await the results of the final assay analysis of the Product:

(d)              In the same time period of 72 hours after acceptance of final assay and purity assessment, the Buyer agrees to pay (Price : LBMA of the day with a discount of 10% Gross /kilogram for the gold at 24 carats )to the seller and commissions into his mandate nominated bank accounts.
