Did your parents use to make you help around the house when you were younger?

When I was younger my parents used to make me help around the house. I used to clean my room and I washed my clothes.

What domestic appliances does your family have and what do you use them for?

My family has domestic appliances such as sweeping the floors, tiding the rooms and washing the clothes. I usually use a vacuum cleaner, a modern dishwasher and an useful washing machine.

Do you think people will use robots to do jobs around the house in the future?

I believe that people will use robots to do jobs around the house in the future, because it's comfortable, convenient. Also it helps to not waste free time on cleaning all day long.

Is it a good idea to share household chores and childcare equally between a couple?

Well, I really don't know it is good idea or not, but I think that sharing household chores between a couple is honest for a family. Everyone does what he or she likes.

 

Do you like studying foreign languages? Why?

Yes, I like studying foreign languages, because it helps to develop the brain. Foreign languages provide people the opportunity to go abroad and to enter the best universities in the world.

Why is it important to speak a foreign language?

It is important, because in the modern society a person should be intelligent. Speaking a foreign language helps to get well-paid job, travelling in different countries and it helps to communicate with people all over the world.

How can you improve your language skills?

I need to learn a lot of new words to improve my language skills. I should read books and watch movies in original versions. Also I can speak with native speakers.

Could you speak English when you were five?

When I was 5, I couldn't speak English, because I started to learn the new language at 7 years old. When I came school, I began to learn English.

What foreign language would you like to learn in the future? Why?

In the future I would like to learn Chinese, because I believe that this language will develop more and more. It is difficult language, but if I want I will do.

 

Do you have to wear school uniform?

Yes, I have to wear school uniform and my uniform is comfortable and beautiful. But it is expensive, because I study at the private school.

Why is it important to wear school uniform? Why?

It is important to wear school uniform, because children go to school to get new knowledge. If pupils and students wear different clothes, it can distract from learning.

What clothes do you usually wear to school?

I usually wear blue trousers, a white shirt and a blue cardigan. I like this colour a lot and I am very glad that my uniform is blue at my school.

Did your parents use to wear school uniform in the past?

Yes, they did. My parents used to wear brown school uniform and they liked it, too. Their school uniform was formal, but beautiful.

Should all school students wear uniform in the future? Why?

I really don't know about it. I think that all students shouldn't wear uniform in the future, because all schools are different in different countries. And I believe that students will choose themselves how they want to be dressed up at school in the future.

 

What public holidays are celebrated in Russia?

In Russian people celebrate a New Year, Christmas, Easter, National Unity Day. These holidays are public and people have a rest these days.

What is your favourite public holiday? Why?

My favourite public holiday is New Year, because there are a lot of christmas trees, some beautiful ornaments in the city, where I live. Also everybody gives presents to each other and spends time together.

Do you like public celebrations? Why?

Yes, I like public celebrations, because it's funny and interesting. I like walking with my friends and my family around the city in holiday's days.
