The application can be submitted by the athlete himself or the athlete's parent

We remind subordination: only the COACH can contact the chief judge or the organizer after or during the competition, comments on administrative issues are possible. In case of a conflict situation, only the team coach can address a claim or question! Failure to comply with insubordination entails disqualification of the athlete with the cancellation of the results!

 

ATTENTION!!! 3 kata are recorded with a note in the name 1 circle, 2 circle, 3 circle

Record only in a kimono, barefoot or in sneakers, indoors or outdoors!

The sound and image should be clear. The recorder is facing the athlete, at a distance sufficient for the performance of the kata! Video recording is allowed at an angle of no more than 45 degrees. The athlete must be fully visible during the entire recording!

Correction of the video file is PROHIBITED! The video camera must be HORIZONTAL during recording!!! The video should begin with the announcement of the last name, first name, circle number and name of the kata. For example: Petrov Ivan, 2nd round, kata Bassai Dai.

 

After the end of the work of the mandate commission, claims for combining categories are not considered

You can remove an athlete from the category (more than 4 athletes) only with the loss of the entry fee

 

 

Awarding

Winners and prize-winners of competitions are awarded with diplomas and medals!!! Winners and prize-winners for 1,2,3 places. Sending by mail or boxberry at the recipient's expense!

All athletes receive an electronic certificate of participation in the competition.

Financing conditions

13.1. The Organizing Committee pays all expenses for the competition at the expense of charitable contributions of participants of the competition, as well as charitable contributions of various organizations and enterprises.

This Regulation is an official invitation to the tournament!

Submission of the application means that the coach is familiar with the provisions and agrees!!! The

- the coach IS OBLIGED to check after the mandate commission of his athlete in the nets in the watcap group and in the VK group, to inform the organizer by unsubscribing with a PERSONAL message that all athletes are placed correctly!!!

- claims about the absence of an athlete after the START of the category are not accepted and are not considered!!!!

Charitable start-up fees

1. Charity entry fee for each type of individual performance – 10 euro, Enbu 15 euro, team kata-20 euro.
