ПЛАНИРОВАНИЕ В PR
Планирование работы по PR — составная часть выработки и реализации общей стратегии фирмы, оно разделяется на два уровня: стратегическое и текущее планирование. Разработка программы должна опираться на добротную информационную базу. Информационное обеспечение планирования заключается в сборе, систематизации и анализе предплановой информации. Эта информация должна служить основой для анализа реального положения дел, выявления реальных материальных, финансовых, трудовых и других ресурсов. В случае необходимости может проводиться специальное исследование (опросы, наблюдения, экспертные оценки и т. д.).

UNIT 10 INTERNAL PUBLIC RELATIONS
TEXT 1 INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS Internal communications includes all communication within an organization. It may be oral, written, face to face or in a small group. Effective internal communication is a vital means of functioning of every organization. It helps establish and assign roles and responsibilities foe employees. Efficient communication includes exchanging information on a regular basis. It requires a two-way process (a dialogue, not a monologue), where the message is sent, received and acted upon in the way intended. Thus, feedback is relevant. Listening to employees, which is sometimes neglected by employers, enables management to identify strengths and weaknesses, which facilitates the process of decision making. Internal communication is in most cases coordinated by Human Resources, Marketing and PR-departments. It helps employees understand the organization’s vision, values, and culture and become part of it. It may involve staff members in issues that affect working life and keeps staff informed on important decisions taken by management. Furthermore, internal communication, when implemented effectively, can be crucial in a time of crisis, providing employees with a strategy to handle a crisis. By maintaining open lined of communication between management and employees, effective internal communications can enhance stronger relationships throughout all levels of the organization and forge a sense of community. While more and more organizations these days begin to spend more time identifying special interest groups within their own walls, internal communications methods are becoming increasingly diverse to match the varying needs of each organization’s internal staff and stakeholders. Traditionally, internal communication within an organization has favored “official”, tightly controlled, top down channels. However, recent organizational changes and the emergence of social media and new technologies have meant that viral communication now forms an important part of effective internal communication strategies. Internal communications practitioners should adhere to such values as openness, honesty, and two-way communication. An internal communications department can become a moderator of interaction between official organizational representatives and employees.
