In dissertation expediency and efficiency of the use of electronic educational resources (EER) was investigated in an educational-educator process from astronomy of basic and senior school.

For the first time offered a collection of electronic teaching tools for the implementation of the astronomical component of the educational sector "Natural" and methodical approaches to their use in order to develop scientific and methodological components of astronomical knowledge and level of subject expertise in astronomy graduates of secondary schools. The first time the theoretical and methodological foundations for the use of electronic educational resources and digital technology in the training of astronomical observations. Theoretically and methodologically grounded capabilities integrated use of copyright and traditional teaching tools to improve the quality of students' knowledge of astronomy and the subject of their competence.

Pre-conditions of forming of knowledge are certain from astronomy and authorial classification of the system of astronomic knowledge is offered. A structure and basic components of the system of facilities are distinguished studies of astronomy, that will provide the complete set of resources for implementation of educational tasks.

Analyzes propaedeutic programs prepare students while studying astronomy elements in pre-school, elementary and basic education. Revealed that the total time propaedeutic training commensurate with main course of astronomy in the 11th grade.

It is found that there is a need to create electronic educational resources to support astronomy lessons and other subjects of the educational sector "Natural science".

In dissertation the system of video lessons (video instructions) is worked out and approved in relation to using the basic devices of astronomic cabinet. Authorial video data are placed on the disk of electronic didactics demonstration materials.

With the aim of providing and strengthening of influence on a student facilities of visualization are work out collection of interactive models that illustrate the "problem" themes of course of astronomy. Under "problem" themes understand difficult for perception and understanding questions that require the developed spatial imagination, elements of abstraction, orientation in three-dimensional space and others like that.

As research showed, during the study of theme of "Basis of spherical astronomy" a student deals with three-dimensional objects. A draft and pictures require activation of the spatial thinking; imaginary transformation from the two-dimensional plane of student's sheet or black-board in a three-dimensional model. Experience showed that such imaginary transformations were given to the students with large difficulties. The described features stipulated the choice of themes the study of that substantially gets better by means of the use of computer models.

Interactive models are oriented to individual and independent work of students and can be used during self-training, controlled from distance studies.

The practical application of astronomy involves solving astronomical problems. In most general tasks of training in astronomy arranged at no complex mathematical apparatus and provide for the formation of ideas about the astronomical objects at a qualitative level. For the purpose of completeness of formation of astronomical concepts while solving astronomical problems EER suggested that simplify mathematical tools on complex calculations, freeing time for other activities in the classroom, which generally promotes practical skills application astronomical knowledge.

For providing of map knowledge competence it is worked out in research, approved and line maps are inculcated in an educational process from astronomy. The system of astronomic line maps is offered for the lessons of astronomy, realization of laboratory practical work, extracurricular work. Graphic images are created by means of the program Stellarium, that recreates the realistic spatial picture of sky.

We offered to use of virtual planetarium of Stellarium for efficiency of process of supervisions, support and increase of interest of students. Comfortably during supervisions with a naked eye to use a laser emitter for demonstration of elements of celestial sphere in practice in combination with a virtual planetarium.

Practical experience of realization of such supervisions and pedagogical experiment confirmed the increase of interest of students to the study of astronomy.

We know that any training cycle involves determining the level of student achievement. For this purpose the EER system is complemented by controls of acquired skills. To do this, create interactive tests among MS PowerPoint. The options selected graphic type tests.

The results of statistical analysis of pedagogical experiment specify that balances of the control work are in experimental classes, on the average, higher than in control.

Confirmed the feasibility of the collection of teaching tools based electronic educational resources propaedeutic courses Astronomy (subjects "I am in the world", "Natural", "Geography", "Physics").
