Meaning: an action is in progress during a particular time

Present progressive	John is watching the football match right now.     I’m leaving tomorrow.	-Действие находится в процессе в настоящий момент. Сейчас 11 часов и Джон cмотрит по телевизору футбольный матч; -запланированное действие.
Past progressive	John was watching the football match when I arrived.	Действие находилось в процессе  в определенный момент в прошлом.
Future progressive	John will be watching the film when we come	Действие будет находиться в процессе в определенный момент в прошлом.
