Everybody would like to work from home.

Some people say that everyone would love to work remotely, while others believe that there are people who want to work in the office. As far as I am concerned, everybody would like to work from home.

First of all, it provides a lot of flexibility. A person working from home can schedule his work around his children activities and spend more time with his family. In addition, working home saves money on commuting and lunches. Eating home is always cheaper and usually healthier. Time and money saved on commuting can be used better way. The employer wins too, saving on office rent.

However, some people find it very hard to work home. It is easy to be distracted from work, hard to organise and push yourself to work effectively. Children constantly ask to play with them or help them with homework, a wife who asks to do chores or fix a leaky faucet or neighbours who make renovation and you cannot concentrate on work because of the noise.

 I cannot totally agree with that opinion because despite all of that inconveniences there are still more benefits. It trains self-discipline. The person learns to be responsible and professional. It is an important skill to learn how to do not let people interfere with your work schedule, make a distinction between your professional and work life. A person who can overcome all the difficulties of distant work gains really a lot.

To summarize, everyone would like to work from home, because despite some difficulties it is a great luxury to work from home. And it provides more advantages than disadvantages.
 

The best holidays and festivals are those with specific traditions for celebrating.
Some people believe that celebrations, which have special traditions are the greatest, while others claim that modern festivities are the most excellent. In this essay, I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

To my mind, the best holidays and festivals are the traditional ones. Firstly, traditions bring people together and help them to build close relationships. Secondly, traditions help people to keep values such as being selfless, personal responsibility, faith and mutuality.

 However, some people argue that there are a lot of modern holidays and festivals and they do not have strong traditions. People gather together to have fun. They enjoy the celebrations and it is the only important part of any celebration.

Personally, I do not agree with the opinion above. When celebrations have no traditions or lose them, people become more self-centred. Shopping, parties, sales and a day off from work are the only things they think about. People do not value simple things any more, they measure everything with money and how much they can buy on it.

All in all, celebrations with strong traditions help us to stay connected, remember what really matters and reinforce the values and beliefs put into them. People should never forget the reason behind the festivals.

                            Distance learning is the best form of education.

Education is very important nowadays. We want to have a prestigious job in future, nice salary, good career and friendly management. That’s why after school we try to attend university, look for different courses or private teachers. In general, it is not easy to work and study at the same time. That is why today there are many possibilities to study at home. What is more, you can do it at any comfortable time for you.

Firstly, I would like to try distance learning. Basically, you can have a schedule when you have to pass all the exams and tests. If you are a well-organized person, you can handle with the schedule. You can have even excellent results and pass exams very well. I am sure that distance learning is the best form of education. Also you can attend any course you like from any university. Let’s say you live in a small town and you have no possibility to go in a bigger city. Distance learning is an excellent option for you.

However, there are also minuses in distance learning and for many people they are important. Unfortunately, for some people it is difficult to organize their day. When you do not have to study regularly it is not easy to start. Distance learning gives you freedom to choose how to study and when to study. Also, some organizations do not recognize the certificate that we get after distance learning.

But I think that our knowledge is much more important for an employer. And there are people who start the course, but after one year 20-30% of students leave the course.

 

To sum up, I would like to say that distance education is very useful. Many students find good job after these courses and they earn money to pay for all needs.
