Aim: To Seam the subject - matter of the particular registration and forms and records on labor protection, to learn how to fill them in accordance to guide materials which regulate bugging records.

Task: To learn the kinds of forms and records, the rule of their execution, filling in and affirmation by the officials.

Contents of lesson

1, Analysis of the documents subject - matter and form of the instructions on labor safety execution.

2. Yet acquainted with the watch subject - matter of "Manual on accident, occupational diseases, emergencies at firms investigation and registration the procedure of executing (how the execute)" a report on at the production site, and during a report on casualties in accidents, and using finance on labor safety measures.

Preparation for class

1. Learn the lecture relating to realization of briefings, investigation and count of accident.

2. Yet acquainted with original positions of realization of briefings, fact findings and count of accident.

3.1 Briefings in labor protection

The briefing and training on labor protection is conducted for the specific working conditions with all workers, irrespective of their proficiency, skills and experience. Learners (students, cadets,

ПРАКТИЧНЕ ЗАНЯТТЯ 1

                     Вивчення обліково-звітної документації

              з охорони праці

Мета заняття. Вивчити зміст конкретних облікових і звітних документів по охороні праці, навчитися їх заповнювати відповідно до керівних матеріалів, що регламентують ведення обліково-звітної документації.

Завдання. Вивчити види обліково-звітних документів, правила їх оформлення, заповнення і затвердження посадовими особами підприємств.

Зміст заняття

1. Засвоєння змісту документів і форм оформлення інструкцій з охорони праці.

2. Засвоєння основного змісту "Положення про розслідування та облік нещасних випадків, професійних захворювань і аварій на підприємствах, в установах і організаціях, порядок оформлення акта про нещасний випадок на виробництві, складання звіту про потерпілих від нещасних випадків, а також заходів щодо охорони праці та іншої документації.

Самостійна підготовка до заняття

1. Вивчити лекційний матеріал з проведення інструктажів, розслідувань й обліку нещасних випадків на виробництві.

2. Ознайомитися з основними положеннями проведення інструктажів, розслідування й обліку нещасних випадків на виробництві.

 

Проведення заняття

3.1. Інструктажі з охорони праці

Інструктаж і навчання з охорони праці проводиться для конкретних умов роботи з усіма працюючими, незалежно від їхньої кваліфікації, стажу і досвіду роботи. Учнів (студентів, курсантів,

On firms, in entities and organizations of civil aviation the realization is envisioned on:

- Introduction briefing;

- Briefing on a workplace;

- Daily briefing;

- Periodic briefing;                                           -

- Off-schedule briefing;

- Course training;

Mass propagation of the rules and standards of labor protection by development the instructions, usage of preventive placards, placards, show-windows, realization of the reports and lectures, demonstrating of movies and film strips, usage wall and periodical press.

The record about realization of introduction briefing is conducted in the special log-book, the form which one is given in app. 8.1.

Besides the person conducting introduction briefing, fills in a monitoring sheet on the briefing being the basis for employment and stored in a private affair of a worker (on practical lesson the form is given to each student).

The briefing ona workplace is registered in the log-book in the form. Record is made about realization of this kind of briefing in a monitoring sheet as well.

In the same log-book there is recorded about realization of periodic and off-schedule briefings.
