What region of Russia do you live in? Is it an urban area?

I live in a central part of Russia. It's Moscow. Yes, it's a very urban area. Every year a lot of people try to move here.

Would you prefer to live in a city or in the countryside?

I would prefer to live in a city, because I like active life more. I enjoy Moscow's entertainments and I have a lot of friends here.

What advantages do cities provide to people living there?

Cities provide people more interesting activities. People can go to the theatres, cinemas, museums, living in the cities. I think these are advantages.

What are the risks of living in an urban area?

The risks of living in an urban area are too much people, too many cars, buses, trains. It's sometimes uncomfortable and even dangerous for people, living in an urban area.

What infrastructure does a well-planned city district need to sustain itself?

A well-planned city district needs a developed and high-speed transport system, quality schools and hospitals, pharmacies, large shopping centers where people can buy everything at once. Also I consider that a well-planned metropolis needs a lot of different entertainments for children and adults.

 

What science is your favourite? Why?

My favourite science is psychology. I am interested in it, because I like communicate with people and this science allows to help people's mental health.

How does the scientific progress benefit the world?

Science helps people to live longer, calmer, more comfortable, happier. Science reveals things unknown to the world and explains many phenomena.

Do schools need to focus more on science?

Yes, I think they do. Schools need to focus more on science, because it's important for all global community. People should learn science.

Would you like to work as a scientist? Why?

No, I wouldn't like to work as a scientist, because I want to be a teacher at school. It's my dream and I really can explain difficult materials for children.

If you could focus on inventing a single thing, what would it be?

If I could I would create an air and water purification system. This is the most important resource for people. And clean water and air would save the people's lives.

I live in a central part of Russia. It's Moscow. I consider that Moscow region is healthy place to live in it, because there are no a lot of dangerous factories. Also there are many green forests here.

What role do sports play in staying healthy?

Doing sports plays a significant role in staying healthy. Sport hepls people to be stronger. Also it helps to unload emotionally.

What kind of diet is good for your body?

For my body no one kind of diet is good. I believe that people should eat all useful products every day such as vegetables, fruits, nuts and meat. Also it's good to drink a lot of water.

How would you describe your lifestyle?

My lifestyle is active and healthy. I do sports every week and I try to eat useful meal.

Do your friends and family have an active lifestyle?

Yes, they have. My friends and family enjoy active lifestyle. My family likes playing tennis. And my friends like going to a swimming pool.

I live in Moscow region. I like this city and place where I live. The state of ecology is normal there. Air and water are clean in Moscow region.

What are the main sources of pollution?

The main sources of pollution are air, water, land pollution. Also the noise pollution is spread in big cities.

How do we reduce the amount of emissions that we output?

People should separate waste and throw garbage only in special containers. This will help to save nature.

What kinds of dangers does global warming present to the world?

Global warming leads to the melting of glaciers, to a decrease fresh drinking water, to a drought in nature and climate.
