Organization of festival events

5.1. Festival events are held in accordance with the approved program of the festival.

5.2. Within the framework of the Festival the Charity Marathon is held to support public fund "Bukha Noyon".

 

Festival sponsors

 

6.1. Sponsor of the festival (festival events) is a legal entity or an individual having provided financial support to the festival (festival activities).

6.2. General sponsor of the festival is a legal entity or an individual having provided financial support to the festival activities in the amount of not less than 100,000 rubles.

6.3. Information sponsor of the festival is the medium performing accurate coverage of the festival and festival events using the available means with the mandatory submission of accreditation documents approved by the Directorate of the festival sponsors.

6.4. Sponsor of the festival (festival events) is a legal entity or an individual having provided financial support for the festival in the amount of not less than 50,000 rubles.

6.5. Relationships of sponsors and organizers of the festival are regulated by agreements between sponsors and festival organizers according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

Conclusion

7.1. By the end of the festival a press release is issued containing information about the participants and guests of the festival, winners, sponsors, etc. This press release is distributed through the media in accordance with the established procedure.

7.2. All questions that are not reflected in these Regulations are solved by the Directorate of the festival in accordance with the situation and current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. All funds raised during the festival are intended to pay organizational expenses of the festival and the construction of cultural and sacred complex "Bukha Noyon".

7.4. These Regulations are an official invitation to participate in the festival.
