WHY DO WE NEED A BUSINESS PLAN?

Whether you are starting or growing a business, a business plan is your road to success. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs rely on their memory and never commit their ideas to paper. Even if they write a business plan, they are mostly confused by the planning process and never understand the value of this critical document. As a result, the main dream of the entrepreneur to prosper fails.

Writing a business plan will force you to develop and evaluate your tactical and strategic plans. It will also help you to identify the real opportunities and risks encountered as a result of your decisions. You will better understand the environment in which the strengths and weaknesses of your business and the validity of your assumptions are seen, and the competition that exists in the world. Most importantly, you will understand who your customers are and how to meet their needs and expectations.
