Exercise 1. Find the dictionary definitions of the following words:

logistics	the act or skill of controlling and making decisions about a business, department, sports team, etc;
insurance	an agent who performs services (as receiving, transshipping, or delivering) designed to move goods to their destination;
management	the act of putting something that is not being used in a place where it is available, where it can be kept safely, etc.; the act of storing something;
customer	someone who buys goods or services from a business;
freight	the things that must be done to plan and organize a complicated customer activity or event that involves many people;
forwarder	an agreement in which a person makes regular payments to a company and the company promises to pay money if the person is injured or dies, or to pay money equal to the value of something (such as a house or car) if it is damaged, lost, or stolen;
storage	goods that are carried by ships, trains, trucks, or airplanes.
