e) Tao exercise 8: “Moving meditation”

Starting from the balanced position raise your hands, palms facing the front till they are on a level with your eyes. At the same time breathe in and flex your knees. Then on the out – breath more your hands down, palms now facing the ground as if you were gently pushing the air down. At the same time straighten your knees. When your hands are by your sides and your lungs empty repeat the process. Do it twenty times.
