One of my favourite writer is Robert Burns and Robert burns is the national poet and a short – story writer was one of the first professional writers in the Scotland. Robert burns was born on 25 th of January 1759 And his father name is William Burnes a mother name is Agnes Broun. The family worked hard and his family were a poor. When Robert was 6 year he was sent to school Robert and his brother were given a good knowledge of English his a lot of poems but he wrote his most brilliant poem in 1786 and I have read this poem and I can say he is famous writer

Which book would you recommend to your friends and fellow students?

They say that good books cannot become old. I can say the same about the books of a unique English writer of the 19th century, Charlotte Bronte. She is one of the best representatives of the English realism trend. My favourite book by Charlotte Bronte is the novel that brought her fame, «Jane Eyre». «Jane Eyre» is an autobiographical novel. The main character is a shy girl, who has, however, a strong will and is independent. From her childhood Jane learned that she could rely only on herself. She came from a poor family, studied at Lowood institution for poor chil­dren, where she had to face many difficulties. But she learned to overcome her fears and troubles. She was also able to sympathize with other people and give a helping hand in a difficult situation.As Charlotte Bronte herself, Jane worked as a governess. Jane fell in love v. th her master, Mr. Rochester. Later, she found out that Mr. Rochester was married and she had to leave his house. A new life was not easy for her, but she managed to overcome everything and become happy with her beloved, after he had lost wife. There are many realistic and romantic details in the novel, Deep feelings of the main characters helped them not to lose their ability to share feelings.There are many screen versions of the novel and the book is still read with great interest.

What kinds of stories are proper for little children?

The title of the text is the story teller. It is written by Hector Hugh Munro. H.H.Munro began his literary career as a political satirist for an English newspaper. His first collection of short stories was published under the pseudonym of saki in 1904. And followed by other books. But he is best known for his ironic short stories. The text is about a woman who is travelling by train with 3 children. The main characters are 3 children, aunt, stranger and who were travelling in one compartment. It is a third person narration. The text has a closed plot structure. There is an exposition, a stoy, a climax, and a denouement in the story.from the exposition we learn that- the children were behaving a little naughty and the aunt tried to keep them silent told them a story about a little girl who was made friends with everybody, because of her goodness. The children don’t like it because it was boring. A stranger was sitting on the same compartmernt observing observing the aunt and her young charges. He offers to tell them a story. The main char… his story is not beautiful but horribly good. So good that she wore on her dress 3 medals. The children liked the word horrible. And the fact bertha was eaten by a wolf. The climax of the story takes place when the children expressed their delight. From the denouement we leran that is the strangers opinion the children will ask the aunt to tell them an improper story for the next six months. It makes us to think what kind of stories are proper for children.
