Показания к применению фондапаринукса (арикстры)

1. Профилактика венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений у больных, подвергающихся большим ортопедическим операциям на нижних конечностях (замещение коленного и тазобедренного сустава), при переломе костей тазобедренного сустава, включая длительную профилактику в послеоперационном периоде.

2. Профилактика ВТЭ у пациентов, подвергающихся операциям на брюшной полости и имеющих высокий риск тромбоэмболических осложнений.

3. Профилактика ВТЭ у пациентов с высоким риском тромбоэмболических осложнений, которым показан длительный постельный режим в период острой фазы заболевания.

4. Лечение острого тромбоза глубоких вен и ТЭЛА.

5. Лечение острого коронарного синдрома, выраженного как: нестабильная стенокардия или инфаркт миокарда без подъема и с подъемом сегмента ST, с целью предотвращения сердечно-сосудистой смерти, повторного инфаркта миокарда или рефрактерной ишемии.

Достаточной профилактической дозой арикстры при различных показаниях является 2,5 мг подкожно один раз в сутки.
